At Sileza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible clothing items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized apparel
  • Items returned beyond the return window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received a defective item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
